congratulations on purchasing your beginner online running program!

You are on your way to improving your fitness and being able to run for 30 minutes straight! Below is some useful information to help you get the most out of your program.

First of all, you should have received a link from Truecoach in your email inbox and by clicking the link you can set-up your profile and view your program. You can also download the Truecoach app to make it easy to manage your runs from your phone. Make sure that you check off your runs after you do them. This will allow the coach to track your progress. If you did not receive a Truecoach link, please email placheckicoaching@gmail.com.

All of your runs for this program should be at an easy pace which means that you should be able to carry on a full conversation while you are running. Running easy allows your body (muscles, tissues, joints) adapt to the impact of running. Also, this program is designed to build your running endurance so you are going from running 30 second bouts to running 30 minutes straight!

Try your best to do all of the runs on the days that they are assigned because the program is designed to give your body at least one rest day in between runs. If you have to do two runs in a row to stay on track, don’t worry about it and just get back on the schedule as soon as possible. If you miss a run on the day that it is assigned, you can always go back and check it off. Being consistent with your runs will lead to your successful completion of the program!
